- The school is not responsible for any accidents, illnesses, loss, theft of items, or any other damage.
- All in-person group lessons will be held online in the event of new pandemic restrictions or transport strikes that would compromise the regular conduct of classes.
- You can cancel an individual lesson free of charge up to 3 hours in advance by sending an email to info@naclips.it. Otherwise, the student will be charged the full amount of the lesson.
- Group lessons cannot be made up if you miss them.
- The school reserves the right to accept requests for online lessons instead of in-person lessons, and vice versa.
- All communications, even urgent ones, from the school are sent via WhatsApp to the Student group. If a student does not use this app, please notify the school office.
ENTRANCE TEST
-
- To access group courses, you must take an entrance test the week before your arrival at the school.
- The school office will contact you to schedule a telephone appointment. The test lasts a few minutes and is administered by one of our teachers, who will initiate a conversation aimed at assessing both your grammatical knowledge and your fluency in conversation.
- A student’s placement within a group is determined based on their Italian grammar knowledge demonstrated during the test. Students who stay in school for more than a week are continuously assessed by teachers, and their eventual advancement to the next level depends solely on the teachers’ decisions.
