    2. Students will receive handouts and books free of charge, which may be used exclusively at school.
    3. There is no registration fee.
    4. In the event of course cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. Students may use the credit for any other course (including online) within 6 months of paying the deposit.
    5. Refunds are not provided for students who begin the course late or who are forced to suspend it for personal reasons.
    6. The school is not responsible for any accidents, illnesses, loss, theft of items, or any other damage.
    7. All in-person group lessons will be held online in the event of new pandemic restrictions or transport strikes that would compromise the regular conduct of classes.
    8. You can cancel an individual lesson free of charge up to 3 hours in advance by sending an email to info@naclips.it. Otherwise, the student will be charged the full amount of the lesson.
    9. Group lessons cannot be made up if you miss them.
    10. The school reserves the right to accept requests for online lessons instead of in-person lessons, and vice versa.
    11. All communications, even urgent ones, from the school are sent via WhatsApp to the Student group. If a student does not use this app, please notify the school office.

ENTRANCE TEST

    1. To access group courses, you must take an entrance test the week before your arrival at the school.
    2. The school office will contact you to schedule a telephone appointment. The test lasts a few minutes and is administered by one of our teachers, who will initiate a conversation aimed at assessing both your grammatical knowledge and your fluency in conversation.
    3. A student’s placement within a group is determined based on their Italian grammar knowledge demonstrated during the test. Students who stay in school for more than a week are continuously assessed by teachers, and their eventual advancement to the next level depends solely on the teachers’ decisions.

    1. The school accepts bank transfer, PayPal, and credit/debit card via POS.
