I hereby AUTHORIZE the publication of my images taken by NACLIPS (NAPLES CULTURE AND ITALIAN LANGUAGE FOR FOREIGNERS) C.F. 08837331217 for Commercial and Advertising use on the Internet, print advertising, etc.). It also prohibits its use in contest that compromise its personal dignity and decorum. The installation and use of the images are to be considered free of charge.

PRIVACY POLICY

Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the personal data that the matter will be processed by NaCLIPS for the performance of the contract and will not be disclosed to third parties. The data can be used to inform about the activities of NaCLIPS in relation to the data provided. You can exercise the rights referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003: confirmation of the existence of data, origins, purposes, updating, cancellation, opposition. To exercise these rights, you must contact the person in charge of the processing of personal data at NaCLIPS Corso Umberto 293 (Naples). The data controller is Rita Raimondo.

SCHOOL REGULATION

• For each course, registration will be valid only after the payment of an advance of 100 Euros* on the total cost of the course.
• The student will be given free handouts and books, the latter can only be used at school. There is no registration fee.
• In case of cancellation of the course, the deposit will not be refunded. The student can use the credit for any other course (including online) within 12 months from paying the deposit.
• No refunds will be provided for students who start the course late or who are forced to suspend it.
• The school is not liable towards members in the event of accidents, illness, loss, theft of objects and any other damage.
• All in-person lessons are regularly carried out online in case of new restrictions for COVID-19.
• VISA REQUEST:
- the refund in the event of a visa not being obtained is provided only and
exclusively after the school has received a copy of a document drawn up by the Embassy which clearly explains the reasons; the school will retain 20% out the total paid for secretarial fees.
• INDIVIDUAL or PRIVATE COURSE X2 (in person/online):
-lessons can be canceled free of charge up to two hours in advance, otherwise the student will be charged the full amount of the lesson;
-lessons can be distributed according to the student's will, but must be disposed of by:
*6 months in case of packages of 10 lessons
*8 months in case of packages of 20 lessons
*10 months in case of packages of 30 lessons
• INTENSIVE GROUP COURSE:
- in the event that the minimum number of students (two people) is not reached or
the student is the only one present in the class due to the temporary absence of the other student, those enrolled will follow individual lessons of half the scheduled hours without paying a difference.
• ACCOMMODATION:
- the school undertakes to put students in contact with the affiliated host structures free of charge after enrollment on the course and is not responsible for any inefficiencies;
-the accommodations are located near the school and/or easily reachable by public transport and the availability of beds in the host facilities does not depend on and is not guaranteed by the school.
